A shocking incident has emerged in Taoyuan, Taiwan, where a female elementary school teacher was allegedly subjected to inappropriate conduct by a male sixth-grade student. The teacher, citing psychological trauma and physical distress, applied for injury leave under public service regulations, but the application was rejected by school authorities. Injury leave is a provision for civil servants, including teachers, who suffer harm or psychological damage during official duties.
