1.事實發生日:115/10/22 2.發生緣由:本公司115年第二次現金增資認股繳款期限於115年10月22日截止， 惟仍有部份原股東及員工尚未繳納現金增資股款，特此催告。 3.因應措施: (1)依公司法第266條第3項準用第142條之規定辦理，自115年10月23日至 115年11月23日下午3時30分止為股款催款期間。 (2)尚未繳款之原股東及員工，如有認股意願敬請於上述期間內，持原繳款書 至元大商業銀行股份有限公司金華分行及全國各地分行辦理繳款事宜，逾期未 繳款者即喪失認股權利。
