In today's Taiwanese political arena, two completely different styles have emerged: the highest administrative chief, who is extremely skilled in defending against accusations of unconstitutionality and abuse of power, claims to be the 'goalkeeper' of democratic constitutionalism, while a Taipei mayoral candidate mocks him as a 'gate-breaker'.
