8日18:48臺東縣消防局通報：

一、地點：臺東縣臺東市和平街餐廳廚房，現場係3層RC建物

二、時間：

(一) 17:40受理報案

(二) 17:50到達現場已無明火 現場火勢撲滅由民眾自行撲滅

(三) 18:04傷患全數送醫

三、出動人車：消防局出動6車10人，由副大隊長指揮

四、人員傷亡：1男(餐廳員工、59歲)肢體燒傷，送馬偕醫院；2女(餐廳員工、58歲；餐廳員工、43歲)臉部及部分肢體燒傷，送馬偕醫院

五、燃燒情形：燒燬餐廳廚具、雜物等，燃燒面積約1平方公尺
