8日13:40臺北市政府消防局通報：

一、地點：臺北市內湖區康樂街餐廳，現場係5層RC鐵皮頂加建物

二、時間：

(一) 11:57受理報案

(二) 12:02到達現場

(三) 12:22火勢控制

(四) 12:23火勢撲滅

三、出動人車：消防局出動27車64人，由大隊長指揮

四、人員傷亡：1男(餐廳老闆、62歲)右前臂及右臉燙傷，送內湖三總醫院；另1男(43歲)輕微嗆傷，送榮總醫院。

五、燃燒情形：燒燬廚具、雜物等，燃燒面積約30平方公尺
