株式会社ANRis（本社：東京都文京区、代表取締役CEO：川村 渉、以下「ANRis」）は、国立大学法人東京大学より独占ライセンスを受けているSNPD-siRNA（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism-Distinguishable siRNA）技術に関する基幹特許3報[暖若1] について、米国においてUS17/626867が特許証発行、US18/008945 および US18/008903 についても特許許可通知（Notice of Allowance）を受領したことを発表いたします。

SNPD-siRNA技術は、疾患関連遺伝子に対する1塩基レベルの差異を識別して標的遺伝子のみを選択的に抑制できる高精度なsiRNA設計法であり、ANRisが推進する核酸医薬開発の中核を成す技術です。

今回対象となった米国特許は、以下3件です。

US17/626867：SNPD-siRNAの基本設計法

US18/008945：複数の標的遺伝子への適用を具体化した関連特許

US18/008903：設計アルゴリズムを補強する改良特許

これにより、ANRisは米国市場における知的財産基盤を大幅に強化し、製薬企業との共同研究、ライセンス展開、国際的な事業拡大に向けた体制をさらに確固たるものとしました。

ANRis Announces U.S. Patent Issuance and Notices of Allowance for SNPD-siRNA Technology

— Strengthening the Intellectual Property Foundation for Global Expansion of University-Originated RNA Therapeutics —

ANRis Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Wataru Kawamura; hereinafter “ANRis”) today announced that, among three core patents related to its SNPD-siRNA (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism-Distinguishable siRNA) technology—exclusively licensed from the University of Tokyo—one U.S. patent (US17/626867) has been officially issued, and Notices of Allowance have been received for the remaining two applications (US18/008945 and US18/008903).

SNPD-siRNA is a high-precision siRNA design technology capable of selectively silencing only the target gene by distinguishing single-nucleotide differences within disease-associated genes. This technology represents a foundational platform for ANRis’s development of next-generation nucleic acid therapeutics.

The three U.S. patents correspond to the following categories:
