He criticized specific DPP politicians for personally visiting and praising the center when seeking childcare policy achievements, yet now, without concrete evidence, exaggerating an administrative oversight into a 'united front' operation and linking it to Mayor Chang Shan-cheng, calling it purely election-driven political manipulation.Luo stressed that standards for evaluating public affairs should be consistent. In the past, when the Directorate General of Highways used simplified Chinese characters in provincial road construction projects, no one questioned the nationality of the Minister of Transportation or the Premier.
