Why We StartedTorch Experience Ise began with our own travels around the world.While visiting many countries, we were helped again and again by local people.Someone showed us the way when we were lost.A family invited us to share a homemade meal.Strangers recommended their favorite cafés, restaurants, and hidden places that never appeared in guidebooks.Those small acts of kindness became the memories we treasured most.They taught us that the best part of traveling is not only seeing famous places, but meeting local people.When we returned to Japan, we wanted to create the same experience for visitors coming here.Not as tour guides.Not as a hotel.But as local people welcoming guests into everyday life.If someone visiting Japan leaves with the feeling,"The people I met were my favorite part of Japan."then we feel we have returned a little of the kindness we once received while traveling ourselves.世界を旅した私たちは、海外で道に迷ったとき、食事をごちそうになったとき、地元の人に助けてもらった数え切れない経験があります。
