*English version is below.株式会社JTOWER（代表取締役社長CEO：田中 敦史、本社：東京都港区）は、「26GHz帯における第5世代移動通信システムの普及のための価額競争（周波数オークション）」において2026年6月30日、落札が決定した26.8～27.0GHz地域枠について、本日、総務大臣より周波数割当の認定を受けたことをお知らせします。 2026年7月15日に総務省で行われた認定式の模様。

このたびJTOWERは、地域枠（26.8～27.0GHz）において、東京23区、横浜市、大阪市、名古屋市、福岡市、千葉市等を含む13の地域で認定を受けました。 本件は、インフラシェアリング事業者として周波数割当の認定を受けた国内初の事例となります。 本認定により、屋内インフラシェアリング、屋外タワーシェアリングに加え、独占的に割り当てられた周波数を活用した通信環境整備が可能となり、世界的に見ても先駆的なシェアリングモデルが実現します。 JTOWERは今後、地域ごとの課題や需要に応じた通信環境の整備・運用に向け、自治体、通信事業者各社、パートナー企業などとの対話と連携を深め、新たな価値創造を目指してまいります。
