In developing the new uniforms, we prioritized three points: "protecting the wearer's safety," "not affecting product quality," and "improving functionality and comfort." We reflected employee opinions by collecting over 4,300 survey responses targeting all domestic sites and conducting face-to-face interviews with a total of 170 people. We also held fitting sessions at all domestic production sites and conducted repeated verification by the safety and quality departments to determine the optimal items and specifications. Furthermore, by embodying the CI in the design, we also aim to enhance the sense of unity as a group.<Features of the New Uniforms>・Simple and smart design based on CIUnder the supervision of Kashiwa Sato, we have adopted a simple and smart design that is not affected by trends, gender, or age, while optimizing safety and convenience during work.・Specifications adaptable to diverse sitesTo flexibly adapt to diversifying work environments, we have meticulously determined the specifications of parts and expanded the range of items.・Excellent mobility and comfortWe have adopted three-dimensional cutting derived from sports patterns and lightweight materials that consider stretchability, quick-drying properties, and breathability.
