The "Setagaya UMA No Cafe," designed, constructed, and supervised by A&DC Inc. (President: Koji Arakawa / Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), a member company of the CLT Franchise Network Headquarters "Japan CLT Research Institute" operated by Life Design Kabaya Inc. It achieved a short construction period of just 7 days for the framing, and established a rational construction method for urban areas by utilizing exterior finished panels and minimizing scaffolding.
