Ajinomoto Co., Inc. (President: Shigeo Nakamura; Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) has relocated its headquarters office and commenced operations at the new office on July 1, 2026. Towards the realization of the mid-term ASV Management 2030 Roadmap, the company positions human capital, technology, customers, and organizational capabilities as its core strengths. This relocation represents an investment to enhance these intangible assets. With this move, Ajinomoto aims to encourage each employee to experience the Group's purpose, "Contributing to people, society, and the planet's well-being with AminoScience®," through daily work and dialogue, and to embody it with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the company. This will accelerate the evolution of ASV management and the creation of mid-to-long-term innovations.The Ajinomoto Group operates in 31 countries and regions worldwide, striving to create value rooted in each locality. Amidst a constantly changing business environment, a "space" where diverse human resources and knowledge can meet, interact, and generate value is crucial for sustainable new value creation. The new office embodies such a "space," serving as a foundation to foster open dialogue across organizations, businesses, and regions, and to achieve co-creation and co-growth with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting employee challenges.Based on the concept that "exercising individuality leads to co-creation and co-growth," the new office features a design that provides experiential value, with concepts such as "Under Deliberation," "Under Resonance," and "Under Trial" for each floor. In addition to work areas that foster loose connections between departments, the office includes quiet spaces for in-depth thinking in small groups, areas for interaction with various people to broaden thoughts and perspectives, and spaces for practicing new ideas and challenges. This design allows employees to autonomously select spaces according to their work content and objectives, enabling them to fully utilize their individuality and capabilities. These office concepts were developed and materialized through dialogue between employees and management as part of an inter-organizational, voluntary participation initiative ("TRY&A-CROSS").Furthermore, as a "space to experience the value of the Ajinomoto Group," it incorporates art, exhibitions, a live kitchen, and spaces for food-related experiences.
