This is not only an individual problem but also a significant loss of talent that companies cannot afford to overlook.Talented individuals who possess different senses and characteristics from those around them are unable to exert their abilities the moment they enter society. The cause of this is often not a lack of ability but 'the absence of opportunities for consultation.'Three barriers hinder consultation:1. Learned helplessness accumulated through past experiences, leading to the belief that 'consulting is useless.'2. The difficulty of verbalizing one's own feelings and quirks to convey them to others.3.
