Nishikita Medical Corporation (Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Dental Clinic, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery / Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Director: Hideki Kodama) will hold a hands-on stamp rally event called "Natsuyasumi Kids Health Adventure" where elementary school students can learn about oral and physical health in a fun way.This event aims to provide children with an opportunity to learn about their bodies, including "oral health, diet, and posture," while playing, and to develop proactive health habits. On the day of the event, five experience booths with unique themes will be set up.■ Background and Objectives of the EventSummer vacation is a time when children's daily routines and eating habits tend to become irregular. This event goes beyond simply teaching knowledge; it offers a program where children themselves become the main characters in a "stamp rally format," enjoying a fun, multi-sensory experience. We aim to support the first step towards building a healthy body through an experience that transforms "not knowing" into "knowing," and further into "being able to do it!
"■ Event FeaturesAt this event, multidisciplinary professional staff, including dentists, dental hygienists, speech-language pathologists, and registered dietitians, will collaborate to offer five experience booths where parents and children can learn together.1) Let's become good at brushing!
Check for missed spots using a brushing simulator. Aim for zero cavities by becoming a brushing master.2) Protect your mouth! Let's catch snacks! Learn healthy eating habits that protect your teeth through a game-like experience of choosing snacks wisely.3) Let's pronounce well with tongue training!
We will have fun together confirming the "position of the tongue," which is usually difficult to be aware of, and correct pronunciation.4) Full brain power! Mystery-solving challenge! Challenge yourself with brain-boosting quizzes to enhance your health power.5) Let's learn correct posture!
Safe even for children who are not good at exercise. Professional instructors will conduct core training that guides children to say "I can do it!
