ASICS Japan will open its flagship store, "ASICS FLAGSHIP SHINJUKU," in Shinjuku, Tokyo, on July 31.This is the second flagship store in Japan, following the one in Harajuku, Tokyo. Including the store in Shanghai, China, there are currently three flagship stores worldwide.The store is located in Shinjuku Sanchome, a hub for global brands and the latest trends, with a store area of approximately 605.4 square meters. It spans four floors and will carry not only running, tennis, and basketball equipment but also golf shoes."ASICS SportStyle" will offer not only staple products but also collaboration items.Furthermore, in a first for directly managed stores, the "ASICS CREATE" service will be offered, allowing customers to customize select apparel with original embroidery prints.On the fourth floor, the "PRIVATE LOUNGE" service (paid, reservation required) will be available to select members* of the loyalty membership program "OneASICS (OneASICS)" for a personalized service experience in a special space. A dedicated staff will provide one-on-one consultations, offering a wide range of suggestions from running to lifestyle.*This service will be offered to eligible customers based on factors such as past purchase history.The store features different designs on each floor, with seamless designs incorporating materials like artificial marble flooring and wooden fixtures, aiming to integrate products and services within a physical space.Additionally, the flooring in the store's changing rooms partially uses foam material (EVA) that has been crushed and sorted using material recycling technology from shoes scheduled for disposal.ASICS upholds the founding philosophy of "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano" (A Sound Mind in a Sound Body), aiming to realize a world where everyone can engage in exercise and sports throughout their lives, maintaining both mental and physical health.
