Ootaki Satodukuri Kenkyujo Inc., in collaboration with the NPO Ootaki Satodukuri Network, has launched a new product, "SATONOWA® Satowa Shinshu No. 4 Ginger & Hibiscus," from its craft liqueur brand "SATONOWA® Satowa Shinshu," developed in the Ootaki region of Taga Town, Shiga Prefecture.This product is a liqueur made with "kasutori shochu" (distilled sake lees) as its base, blended with ginger cultivated in Nagahama City, home-grown roselle, and beets from Taga Town. It features the refreshing spiciness of ginger, the gentle tartness of roselle, and the soft color produced by beets. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestif, as well as on the rocks, with soda, or with hot water, depending on the season and mood.We recommend enjoying it with soda.
