Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Hidenori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") has been selected as the designated administrator for the public complex facility "Hitomachi Mirai Sozo Station" (Nickname: "Shirafuru") in Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture (Mayor: Kazuo Suzuki)."Shirafuru" is a facility with the concept of "A relaxing space where everyone can easily drop by and smiles connect," integrating functions for "creating a sense of purpose," "child-rearing support," "health promotion," "exchange," and "public-private partnership."The name combines "Shirakawa" (Shira) with "full" (to be filled, to overflow), embodying the wish for it to be a place where citizens and visitors alike can fill their minds and bodies, spreading smiles and connections.As a community manager connecting people, CCC will be responsible for the operation of the "Lifelong Learning Center," "Citizen Exchange Space," and "Starbucks" within the facility. Moving forward, through planning and holding events such as talk events and markets, we aim to create local vibrancy and promote diverse exchanges.
