Workport Co., Ltd. conducted a survey on 588 business professionals regarding management aspirations. Results show 76.7% desire management roles, primarily for increased income. However, 75.7% feel anxious about expanded responsibilities and workloads. To accept a promotion, 72.4% demand compensation matching responsibility, while over 50% also emphasize workload reduction and improved management environments. The survey suggests companies must reform rewards and workloads to secure future leaders.
