ReverseConcept Inc. (Headquarters: Chofu City, Tokyo; Representative Director: Michiyoshi Naka), which develops soccer brand businesses based in Chofu City, Tokyo, will officially launch "RC Soccer Garage," a project to provide a free soccer environment for children, in July 2026. As the first initiative, a free soccer event for 3rd and 4th graders will be held in Chofu City, Tokyo, on July 11, 2026 (Sat). At this event, Ryuji Sugimoto, a former J.Leaguer, will serve as a special coach, sharing his technical guidance and the joy of soccer from the perspective of an experienced professional. We want to create a soccer environment where children can freely challenge themselves. In recent years, the soccer environment surrounding children has changed significantly. With the decrease in parks and open spaces where children can play with balls, opportunities for children to easily enjoy soccer have diminished. Furthermore, school fees and activity costs represent a considerable burden for families, and some children are unable to gain sufficient opportunities due to economic reasons. Additionally, opportunities to meet various coaches and peers beyond their affiliated teams or schools are limited, and environments where they can grow while receiving new stimulation are not abundant. RC Soccer Garage was established to address these challenges with the goal of: "Creating a soccer environment where anyone can easily participate and freely challenge themselves." We will utilize support from sponsor companies and 10% of the sales from ReverseConcept's soccer apparel business as operational funds to provide high-quality soccer experiences to children completely free of charge.
