The Ishikari Subprefecture in Hokkaido is engaged in the "Ishikari Region Youth Retention Promotion Project" in collaboration with local universities. The aim is to deepen young people's understanding and affection for the Ishikari region and encourage them to settle there, through exchanges with municipalities and residents in the Ishikari jurisdiction (Sapporo City, Ebetsu City, Chitose City, Eniwa City, Kitahiroshima City, Ishikari City, Tobetsu Town, Shinshinotsu Village) and regional collaboration activities. As part of this initiative, in collaboration with Hokkai Gakuen University of Commerce and Tobetsu Town, a "Loop-Type Mystery Solving Walk Rally" planned by students will be held in Tobetsu Town. This is a loop-type event where participants pick up a mystery-solving kit at Tobetsu Station and solve puzzles while visiting various locations within Tobetsu Town. It offers an opportunity to experience the town's charm and is designed to be enjoyable for people of all ages (estimated time required: 60-90 minutes).
