During this period, three types of seasonal cocktails will be available, made with the flagship product "Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin," as well as "Ki No TOU Kyoto Old Tom Gin Style" and "Ki No Ume Kyoto Plum & Berry Liqueur." The cocktails will feature summery ingredients such as red shiso, which is in season during summer, coconut milk, and spicy ginger. In addition, three types of chocolate sweets, conceived by JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo's Executive Pastry Chef Nojima, inspired by the world of Ki No Bi, will be offered. Guests can enjoy a pairing of these sweets with cocktails, featuring rich chocolate flavors complemented by the textures of sable and nuts, and the sweetness of fruits.
