LITALICO Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Atsuya Hasegawa), which operates the job information site "LITALICO Job Navi" for people with disabilities, will sequentially release special interview articles focusing on the working styles of LGBTQ+ individuals and the state of employment support, in observance of Pride Month in June, a time for deepening understanding of diversity. [Background of the Project] LITALICO believes that difficulties in life and work arise from the interaction between "individual characteristics" and "environments such as the workplace and society." The reason LGBTQ+ individuals may find it difficult to work in the workplace or face barriers in using welfare services is that society's environment is not designed with the premise that diverse people exist. This project aims to widely inform society about the current state of "diverse sexual orientations and working styles," to convey that support is available when one feels difficulty in working, and to serve as a catalyst for individuals to take a step forward. ▼ Click here for the special feature page (free) https://snabi.jp/article/998 [Highlights of the Project and Introduction of Released Articles] ■ Part 1: Interview with Members of LITALICO Works "Team SOGI" https://snabi.jp/article/991 (Released 2026/06/26) We introduce the initiatives of "Team SOGI," composed of five staff members from the employment transition support service "LITALICO Works," including individuals with diverse sexual orientations and their partners.
