Our group (hereinafter referred to as "Jelly Beans", President and CEO: Akira Miyazaki) resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held today to conclude an exclusive distribution agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") in Japan with AIDEN LAB JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AIDEN") and BIOLAB Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "BIOLAB"), and we hereby announce that the Agreement was concluded on the same date. 1. Purpose of the Agreement This Agreement is a three-party contract where BIOLAB will be responsible for the manufacturing and supply of "iHEAL" brand products, and AIDEN will handle import agency. Jelly Beans will acquire the rights for exclusive sales and marketing of "iHEAL" brand products in Japan, becoming the general distributor in Japan. Jelly Beans possesses experienced personnel and industry recognition and networks in its core business of women's shoes. Through this Agreement, we will be able to directly manage, wholesale, and sell products online in Japan. We will leverage the synergy effects with popular brands in South Korea to develop the Japanese market. Full-scale sales are scheduled to begin in the second half of the fiscal year ending January 2027, and we will accelerate growth towards expanding sales in Japan. 2. Regarding the "iHEAL" Brand This is a women's inner care and femcare brand originating from South Korea, developed by BIOLAB, which is known for its patented femcare lactic acid bacteria. Their main product is "Vaginal Lactobacilli (Female Probiotics)". Many purchasers buy it for purposes such as managing odor in the delicate zone, vaginal flora, physical condition during fertility treatment, and post-antibiotic care. It is handled as a popular product at Olive Young, a well-known retailer in South Korea. Furthermore, it has won the Qoo10 Award*1 for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2025.
