From fiscal year 2018 to 2020, lighting facilities were installed on 13 bridges spanning the Meguro River, Keihin Canal, and Tennozu South Canal. To date, illuminations have been implemented that correspond to the seasons, the Awareness Ribbon Movement, in which Shinagawa City participates, and in conjunction with various events. Panasonic has been involved in promoting the "Hikari no Mizube Project" by maintaining and managing bridge illuminations and adjusting lighting in cooperation with Shinagawa City. On this Suzukake Footbridge, a demonstration experiment will be conducted with special演出 for approximately two months. During this period, the regular seasonal演出 will be specially arranged, allowing visitors to enjoy a cycle of five colors representing spring, early summer, summer, autumn, and winter, starting with amber, in a 5-minute cycle. Visitors can choose one of seven wishes from their own smartphones, and the light of the color corresponding to their wish will color the Suz
