movus technologies, which builds mobility infrastructure in Southeast Asia, announced the completion of a Series B funding round totaling 4.26 billion yen, comprising 1.66 billion yen in equity and 2.6 billion yen in debt. The round was led by the Mirai Creation Fund III managed by SPARX Asset Management, with participation from existing and new investors such as Mitsubishi UFJ Capital and Suzuki Global Ventures. The company provides eco-car subscriptions for drivers in Indonesia who lack access to vehicle loans. By partnering with Grab as its sole Japanese corporate partner, movus aims to solve driver shortages, expand mobility access across Southeast Asia, and accelerate recruitment efforts in Japan.
