This has led to challenges such as delays in responses because users might miss notifications buried in a flood of daily emails, or the inconvenience of having to log back into freee products just to approve requests. This new notification integration feature enables automatic notifications to be sent to a designated group chat or a direct chat with the responsible person on Chatwork when an application is submitted or returned. Specifically, notifications from each product, such as expense reimbursements and various applications in freee Accounting, and attendance applications and payslips in freee HR and Labor, will be consolidated in Chatwork. Furthermore, the notification messages will include a direct link to the approval screen, allowing users to transition to the relevant screen with a single click to start and complete tasks smoothly. This enables managers and intermediate approvers to instantly detect requests within their daily workflow, significantly reducing the time spent on missed approvals or follow-ups, and fostering an environment where they can concentrate on their core responsibilities.
