Results revealed that 58.3% predict companies will become more proactive in hiring seniors in 2026. While companies value seniors for their immediate readiness (58.3%), 91.7% still harbor concerns about their health. The survey also highlighted that industries like healthcare show higher demand, though AI phone answering systems increasingly hinder sales contacts.
