Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture (Mayor: Katsuei Miyahashi) has significantly expanded its "Ruby Roman" Furusato Nozei gift lineup starting from the 2026 season. In collaboration with Horiho Co., Ltd. (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture), a fruit and vegetable wholesaler founded in 1878, the number of available specifications and units has been increased from previous offerings. This establishes a system to deliver Komatsu City-produced Ruby Roman grapes to a larger number of people. As one of the prefecture's five major production areas, Komatsu City has been involved in the production of Ruby Roman since the brand's inception. This expansion allows donors to choose from large bunches of 500g or more, making Ishikawa Prefecture's "dream grapes" more accessible than ever through Furusato Nozei.
