TAKARA & CO. (TSE Prime, Securities Code 7921) group company Takara Printing Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kota Shirai; hereinafter "Takara Printing"), which provides disclosure-related systems, announced today that it will officially release its new system, "WizLabo Synapse," on June 29, 2026. This system supports the integrated process from collection to disclosure of non-financial information, in addition to existing statutory disclosure items. This system was jointly developed by fusing the expertise and know-how of both companies, based on the collaboration agreement signed with Hitachi, Ltd. (hereinafter "Hitachi") in December 2025.
