All six luxury vehicles were successfully auctioned off, with a total winning bid amount of NT$35.43 million. The gold Ferrari 812 GTS was sold for NT$16.98 million, becoming the highest-priced item of the event.According to a press release from the Shilin Branch, the case originated from an investigation by the Taipei District Prosecutors Office into a group suspected of violating banking laws and fraud. Six high-value vehicles were seized and entrusted to the Shilin Branch for auction. The auction began at 10:30 a.m. and concluded successfully by 11:15 a.m. after less than an hour of intense bidding.The 2019 gold Ferrari 812 GTS was auctioned for NT$16.98 million, the highest price of the day. A light yellow Ferrari F12 Berlinetta sold for NT$5.75 million, and a white Rolls-Royce Wraith for NT$7.15 million. The other vehicles included a light blue Porsche 718 Boxster S, a pure electric light purple Porsche Taycan 4C.T., and a white Mercedes-Benz A180, which were sold for NT$1.86 million, NT$2.73 million, and NT$0.96 million respectively.The Shilin Branch stated that all six luxury cars were successfully auctioned, totaling NT$35.43 million. The proceeds will be handed over to the Taipei Prosecutors Office for future legal confiscation, recovery, or restitution to victims. This cross-agency collaboration between prosecutors and administrative enforcement authorities has accelerated the monetization of illicit gains and ensured asset preservation, effectively cutting off criminal profits and demonstrating judicial recovery achievements and victim protection.The Shilin Branch emphasized its continued close cooperation with prosecutors to leverage the professional valuation capabilities of administrative enforcement agencies, ensuring illegal assets are 'detected, seized, and sold.'
